OUR STORY

Hurty's History

Our story, like any other, started with a dream. We wanted to share the things we loved with the people we loved. Enjoying comfort food, being surrounded by friends, and feeling right at home are all staples at Hurty’s because that’s what matters the most to us. We hope every visit is full of good vibes and equally good conversations.

"Hurty's diner has AMAZING food - couldn't ask for better!" - Valued Customer

After a couple years, Hurty’s grew to be a treasured spot among the community. Our promise of hurting your diet instead of your wallet is one we’ve taken seriously. Nothing beats saving your money and savoring fresh food at the same time. Specialties like the Hurty Burger keeps everyone coming back for more and even got Guy Fieri hooked. Hurty’s was proudly featured on Food Network's Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives!

Founding Four

Nick Campbell has always had a passion for all things retro, and Hurty's was the perfect fit for him. Now he spends his days as Design Manager envisioning ways to deliver the most authentic merchandise to Hurty's customers.

Sophia Lee loves eating, which is why she co-founded Hurty's Diner. Her life motto when it comes to eating at the diner is, "If you come in and your feelings are hurty, then eat thirty and only your diet will be hurty."

Raeven Mataya likes to joke that she's the heart and soul of Hurty's, and you can see the truth in that when she's interacting with customers. She cares about the community, so she works hard to make sure each visit is like a trip back home.

Kush Patel has always had a special place in his heart for food, and with Hurty's he is able spread it with everyone! As Head Chef, he isn't afraid to experiment with different recipes while giving the customers the wholesome American food they want!
